Synthesis,characterization, and electrochemistry of monophosphine‐containing diiron propane‐1,2‐dithiolate complexes related to the active site of [FeFe]‐hydrogenases

Five monophosphine‐substituted diiron propane‐1,2‐dithiolate complexes as the active site models of [FeFe]‐hydrogenases have been synthesized and characterized. Reactions of complex [Fe₂(CO)₆{μ‐SCH₂CH(CH₃)S}] ( 1 ) with a monophosphine ligand tris(4‐methylphenyl)phosphine, diphenyl‐2‐pyridylphosphine, tris(4‐chlorophenyl)phosphine, triphenylphosphine, or tris(4‐fluorophenyl)phosphine in the presence of the oxidative agent Me₃NO·2H₂O gave the monophosphine‐substituted diiron complexes [Fe₂(CO)₅(L){μ‐SCH₂CH(CH₃)S}] [L = P(4‐C₆H₄CH₃)₃, 2 ; Ph₂P(2‐C₅H₄N), 3 ; P(4‐C₆H₄Cl)₃, 4 ; PPh₃, 5 ; P(4‐C₆H₄F)₃, 6 ] in 81%–94% yields. Complexes 2 – 6 have been characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography. In addition, electrochemical studies revealed that these complexes can catalyze the reduction of protons to H₂ in the presence of HOAc.     

冷冻法硝酸磷肥工艺中酸不溶物提纯研究

采用酸浸、磁选酸浸、水淬/研磨酸浸等不同工艺对冷冻法硝酸磷肥生产工艺中的废渣-酸不溶物进行了提纯处理,利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF测试)对酸不溶物提纯前后各成分含量的变化进行了分析,从中得出了不同工艺流程对酸不溶物纯度的影响,最终确定了最佳的酸不溶物处理工艺.结果表明:在酸浸实验中,盐酸酸浸效果最佳,可将酸不溶物中SiO2纯度达到82.43;;在酸浸工艺前加入磁选、水淬、研磨的工序均可有效提升酸不溶物的提纯效果;冷冻法硝酸磷肥工艺中酸不溶物最佳的提纯工艺路线为:干燥、筛分、水洗、磁选、研磨、盐酸酸浸,处理后酸不溶物中SiO2纯度达到88.92;,符合微硅粉的生产要求.     

Salen–Mg-doped NH2–MIL-101(Cr) for effective CO2 adsorption under ambient conditions

A novel metal-doped metal–organic framework (MOF) was developed by incorporating salen–Mg into NH₂–MIL-101(Cr) structure under ambient conditions. The Schiff base complex was successfully prepared by condensing salicylaldehyde with a free amino group and then coordinating metal ions. Such a structure can endow the sample with higher CO₂ adsorption performance. At 0°C and 1 bar, the salen–Mg-modified sample achieves the maximum adsorption capacity of 2.18 mmol g⁻¹ for CO₂, which was 5.8% higher than the pristine salen–MOF under the same conditions. Notably, the Freundlich model indicates that the CO₂ adsorption process of all samples conforms to reversible adsorption. However, the correlation coefficients (R²) of the Mg-doped sample are lower than that of the pristine sample. Besides, the CO₂/N₂ adsorption selectivity and isosteric heat also show a similar trend. These results indicate that the salen–Mg can enhance the interaction between the material and CO₂ molecules.     

X-ray Crystallographic Characterization of the Swine MHC I Molecule SLA-3*0202 Complexed with IAV-HA Nonapeptide

The swine major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules are also called swine leukocyte antigen (SLA), and most of the highly polymorphic SLA genes are associated with swine diseases. However, the well documented structural reports on swine MHC I molecules remain quite limited. In order to clarify the structural characteristics of the Chinese heishan wild boar MHC class I molecule, SLA-3*0202 and swine β2-microglobulin (sβ2m) with a KMNTQFTAV nonapeptide derived from Influenza A virus Hemagglutinin protein (IAV-HA) were assembled and crystallized. The crystal diffracted at 1.55 Å resolution and belonged to the sp. gr. C121, with the unit-cell parameters a = 206.46 Å, b = 41.47 Å, c = 106.74 Å. The Matthews coefficient and solvent content were calculated to be 2.30 ų Da^–1 and 46.64%, respectively. The availability of the structure, which is being solved by molecular replacement, will provide new insights into swine MHC I presenting IAV peptides.

     

Flatness,plateau limit and limit length of single-plateau functions

In this paper we consider iteration of single-plateau functions, an important class of continuous functions with infinitely many forts, and investigate changes of number and length of plateaux under iteration.We use the indices flatness, plateau limit and limit length to formulate those changes. Furthermore, we compute the flatness, plateau limit and limit length for all the nine types of single-plateau functions.

Tantalum Nitride Nanosheets for Photoacoustic Imaging-Guided Photothermal Cancer Therapy

In this study, the synthesis of TaN nanosheets and their application in theranostic agents is reported. After coating polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the TaN nanosheets, the as-synthesized PEG-modified TaN nanosheets (TaN-PEG) show good stability and biocompatibility. Because of their high absorbance in the near-IR region, TaN-PEG can be utilized as photoacoustic imaging contrast agents for tumor imaging. Moreover, TaN-PEG has significant photothermal conversion performance, exhibiting effective laser-induced tumor ablation capability. The TaN-PEG possessing excellent photoacoustic contrast effect and photothermal properties thus have great promise in theranostic applications, especially imaging-guided cancer treatment.
